* 1999-2001: Structuring workforce of the No 1 & No2 design consultancy workshop. 

* 2001-2004: Improving management and enhancing the strength of members, as well as studying the construction market and making the development approach. Mergering the No1 & No2 Workshop to be the LePros Office.

* 2004-2007: Establishing LEPRO Industrial & Construction.LLC. LEPROCONS’s members learning experiences and expandding the construction ‘s areas to small and medium civil and industrial construction packages. 

* 5/2007: Vietnam LEPRO Construction and Trading Company was officially established with the ranked name as LEPROCONS. 

* 2007-2009: Comprehencing and restructing the organization and expandding the construction market. From the some beginning projects done by LEPROCONS through the years of 2005,2006, the Clients believed and signed many contracts for construction of large scale project and high technical specification requirements as well as expandding some more specialized sectors in Minning, Hydropower, Energy development.
