LEPROCONS is an industrial & civil engineering contractor for commercial, industrial and civil projects. We have succeeded in our objectives in terms of high quality & workmanship and punctual project hand-over to Client.

Since 1999, the construction of projects with achievement of high quality, punctuality and reasonable cost has become a guiding principle binding LEPROCONS. 

Quality policy is given the top priority in LEPROCONS, incorporating the following key elements :

- To satisfy Client with high quality construction products and services, aiming towards correctness at the very beginning.

- The stability and enhancement of construction products are ensured through the expertise and determination of responsibility and authority of each member of the Company and Company set-up.

- Up-to-date knowledge concerning relevant construction technology, techniques and building materials is to be utilized so as to provide Client with construction products of high quality and reasonable costs. LEPROCONS achieve the above aims by the logical planning and calculation of spaces to meet to the utmost the processing requirements, safe & saving design, utilisation of high quality materials as per Client’s requirement, execution of construction works assuring qualitative safety.

- The above set principles are to be observed and high quality assurance are to be pursued by continuous improvement of management system, qualitative safety assurance system, training and retraining of contingent of workers, foremen and management staff. 

Commitment of LEPROCONS to Client is to undertake the construction of projects meeting high quality suiting Client’s investment capital, and satisfying Client and users of projects undertaken by LEPROCONS. 

LEPROCONS has established a quality program so as to assure Client that these objectives are achieved. The quality program of the Company has been established in accordance with ISO 9001 -2008. This quality program has been being kept under constant review and maintained at high level.

To ensure our commitment to the Client, LEPROCONS shall constantly select suppliers of materials and equipment for project construction and subcontractors to jointly commit with LEPROCONS in carrying out and providing quality assured construction services.
